In everything we do there is a little bit of fine print so please forgive me this small page about my photography service.

Under the copyright and patents act of 1988, it is a criminal offence to copy, screen grab, scan or reproduce photographs without written permission from the Author.

Mark H Roberts retains the copyright of all images taken, and all images on this web site.

When purchasing my services, and images of yourself that I have taken, I grant you the licence to use them for personnel use only.

Your purchased images can be used for sharing with your friends on social media, for updating your portfolios and printing out for yourself, family and friends.  However, these images are not to be sold or given to any third parties without prior consent from myself.

Images purchased as digital files must not be altered in any way or displayed as such in any form or media without prior consent.

By allowing me to take your photographs you allow me to use any image for display or marketing purposes. This includes social media, printing, competitions and in galleries on this website and others where I promote my work.

This is so prospective clients can see my work as examples and where I seek recognition as a creditable photographer.

If you would prefer any work I take not to be displayed in this way then you must let me know in writing before the photographic session begins.

During the photographic session, I ask you not to video or take photographs on your phone or other device.

When you book, a 50% deposit is required with the balance paid on the day. This deposit is non-refundable but If the session is cancelled then it is fully transferable as I know any event is possible.

By booking me to take your photographs then you agree to these terms and conditions.
